The department of Anaesthesiology, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal a pioneer in Continuing Medical Education (CME), welcomes you to the 18th Anaesthesia Post Graduate Academic Programme (APGAP). Just as a building stands strong on a solid foundation, success of an anaesthesiologist depends largely on the basic foundation laid during the initial training. Known for imparting quality education, we aim to educate the young, budding anaesthesiologists not only with the basic physiology but also impart certain skills that are pivotal in the conduct of anaesthesia. Airway management and regional anaesthesia are among the important skills in the armamentarium of an anaesthetist.
APGAP 2022 envisions providing an in-depth understanding of airway management and regional anaesthesia through a series of interactive lectures and hands–on workshops on cadavers and volunteers by eminent speakers and experienced anaesthesiologist.
We envisage this CME will serve as an opportunity for budding anaesthesiologists to fill lacunae in their pursuit of knowledge and skills, while preparing them comprehensively for the Grand Finale.
