About Conference
Regional Astronomy meeting on "RESEARCH IN ASTRONOMY: OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES" is an annual program that aims to provide a platform for the researchers from universities and institutes primarily from Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to showcase their work and encourages future collaboration. The 9th meeting (RAM-2024) will be held at Manipal Centre for Natural Sciences, Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Manipal, from January 10-12, 2023, jointly organised and funded by MAHE and IUCAA.
In addition to the student/young researcher talks on their present research work, dedicated discussion sessions on selected topics will be conducted to enhance scientific collaboration.
