Contributions in the form of papers and posters are sought. Anyone interested in presenting at the Conference must submit an abstract to the Conference Office using the abstract submission form available on the conference web site at This form is also provided in Word and PDF format for printing and mailing. Please read the following instructions before completing the abstract form:

  1. Typed abstracts, of no more than 350 words, must be submitted by November 15, 2016.
  2. Abstracts must be typed in font size/type: 12 pt, Times New Roman, Black ink only, and single-spaced.
  3. Abstract titles should be brief, reflect the content of the abstract, and be in CAPITAL letters.
  4. Abstracts should be structured in such a way as to include:
    1. a short introduction
    2. clear presentation of the purpose of the paper
    3. brief description of methods and procedures
    4. summary of results / Expected Outcomes
    5. conclusion
  5. Please indicate Name(s) of Author(s) institution, address, phone number, and fax number and e-mail address. Underline the name of the presenting author, who will be considered the contact person for all correspondence connected with the abstract.
  6. Indicate the preferred method of presentation: ► Poster ►Paper ►No Preference
  7. Please indicate theme category:
