Eligibility: Students and faculty members are invited to present their work/idea in the conference under the following category
- Research poster: This is based on the work which already undertaken by you or it is under progress.
- Concept poster: This is based on the idea/concept you have right now with the defined objectives and you would like to undertake this work in near future.
The theme of the poster session is based on UN SDGs and its targets (kindly go through the UN website for the details on each SDGs)

- A poster can have individual or have multiple team members/authors.
- Only ONE presenting author is allowed.
- Presenting author should be a REGISTERED DELEGATE for the conference.
- Poster presentation certificate will be issued only to the PRESENTING AUTHOR of a Poster.
- Best 3 posters under each category will be awarded.
For taking part in the poster presentation session, the following details should be emailed to cc.vso@manipal.edu before 11-09-2023
- Name of the authors
- Affiliation of the authors
- Name of presenting author
- Title of the poster
- Category – Research poster or Concept poster
- Theme code (e.g., Goal1)
