1.The delegates are required to book accommodation on their own. The list of hotels or lodges in and around Manipal is given below:

2. Limited seats are available for accommodation within the university campus. The details of the hostels are given below:

• AC room at NIH guest house –approximately Rs. 1250 per day
  
  
• AC room with Single occupancy at NIH hostel – approximately Rs. 675 per person per day (both for boys and girls separately)
  
  
• Non-AC room with double occupancy at Nehru boys’ hostel – approximately Rs. 250 per person per day (approx. Rs. 500 for single occupancy)
  
  
• Non-AC rooms with double occupancy at Indira girls’ hostel – approximately Rs. 250 per person per day (approx. Rs. 500 for single occupancy)
  
  
• The booking of the rooms will be based on a first come first serve basis.
  
  
  
• The mode of payment is only through a Debit card at the respective hostel site
