Instruction for Paper Submission

Oral presentation

  • Abstract should not have been presented previously in any other conference.
  • Abstract for the original paper/review/protocol should be structured under the following headings: Background, objectives, methodology, results, and conclusion, 3-5 keywords.
  • The word limit is 250 words. The title of the abstract should be Bold, Times New Roman with Font size of 14. The abstract should be Times New Roman with Font size of 12, fully justified with double spacing.
  • Authors name and affiliation should be in Times New Roman with Font size of 12.

Poster presentation

Poster Dimensions
  • Size: The recommended size for the poster is: size A0.
  • Orientation: Posters should be in portrait orientation.
Poster Content
  • Title: The title should be at the top of the poster in large, bold font. Include the full title of your research or project.
  • Authors: List the names of all authors, along with their affiliations. The presenting author’s name should be highlighted
  • Color Scheme: Use a consistent, professional color scheme. Ensure that there is enough contrast between the text and background for readability.
  • Images and Graphics:
    • Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
    • Charts and graphs should be clearly labeled with legends and axes.
    • Avoid overcrowding the poster with text; use bullet points and visuals to convey information succinctly.
  • White Space: Leave adequate white space to avoid clutter and ensure readability.
