Manuscript Submission:          

We welcome high-quality articles reporting novel and unpublished results of conceptual, creative, experimental, and theoretical work or study in any of the topic areas mentioned in Call For Papers. Manuscript Preparation:          

All submission should be prepared as per the attached Springer Proceedings template.

Review Process:          

All articles will be peer-reviewed in a double-blind manner. Relevancy, structure, research technique, ethical conduct, language standard, inventiveness, references, hypothesis, result presentation, proficiency, format, and a variety of other aspects are all taken into account throughout the process of assessment.

Papers that are accepted will be submitted for the possible publication in SCOPUS and WoS indexed Springer Lecture Notes in Networks and Systems Proceedings (Approval Pending) and selected extended papers will be invited for submission in Scopus Indexed Journals.

All submitted papers will be reviewed by two or three program committee members. HINT’25 takes the protection of intellectual property very seriously. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and similarity check. By submitting your work, you agree to allow HINT’25 to screen your work for plagiarism.

Decision:          

There are three possible decisions for a submitted full-paper.

Accept : The paper is accepted in the current form with Official Acceptance Letter as a mail attachment to proceed with the registration.
Accept with Minor Revisions: The paper should undergo a minor revision according to the reviewers comments to obtain the Official Acceptance Letter.
Reject:The paper will not be considered for the next process and will be rejected.

NOTE: Author should register to the conference only after obtaining the Official Acceptance Letter from the conference.

Plagiarism Policy for the Publication:          

  • All articles submitted to HINT’25 will first undergo a plagiarism check before being sent to technical program committee for review.
  • Note that plagiarized articles will be rejected without review (Must be 15% or less excluding references)
  • Copying of contents from other articles is strictly prohibited.
  • HINT’25 keenly discourages plagiarism in research articles, proposals and survey articles submitted.
  • Articles failing plagiarism check will be subjected to rejection without any review.

Instructions for the oral presentation          

The presentation should be for a maximum of 15 minutes. Prepare the number of slides for the presentation accordingly.

General Guidelines:          

  • Fee payment is mandaroty in order to attend the conference.
  • Only one of authors of accepted submission must register for the conference and pay the registration fee before the deadline to present the paper. Only registered author will be allowed to present the paper. However, other authors can register as attendees and are not allowed to present the paper.
  • Each paper should have at least one author who pays the registration fee and attends the conference.
  • Authors should forward the following documents to complete the registration to the conference:
    • Final camera ready files as a single zip file (It should be in editable format latex/word)
    • Copyright agreement form (It should be duly signed by the corresponding author with date)
    • Permission Request form (Obtain a signature from a third-party user if any third-party material is used)
  • Authors with multiple papers accepted have to use different email Ids and seperate registration is mandatory for each paper.
  • Accomodation will not be provided to the participants. Participants have to arrange their accomodation in nearby locations.
  • Papers edited in any other format other than Springer template will be subjected to desk rejection
  • The papers with substancial overlapping or no significant contribution will be subjected to risk rejection
  • The decision on the manuscript is at the discretion of the program committee.
  • Corresponding author is completely responsible for maintaining appropriate image quality in the paper to be published in Springer proceedings and sending camera ready files. Kindly use .eps images if in case LaTex is used. Also, make sure that the all the images in the paper are high-quality images, the texts used in the images are legible. Note that using poor quality images or invisible texts within the images in the paper may result in the rejection of the particular paper not to include in the proceedings by the Springer
