Inaugural Address: Mr. Sanjay Chaudhary



Sanjay Chaudhary is Senior Vice President of R&D at Siemens Healthineers India. With nearly three decades at Siemens, his career spans global and cross-sectoral R&D roles in telecom, energy, transportation, and healthcare. Since joining Siemens Healthineers in 2017, he has led the development of digital solutions across smart imaging and healthcare platforms. Most recently, he has taken on the responsibility of spearheading the evolution of the Bangalore Development Center into a next-generation Innovation Campus.

Keynote: Dr. Rohit Manchanda



Dr. Rohit Manchanda is a professor in the Department of Biosciences and Bioengineering at IIT Bombay. He has made important contributions to both experimental and computational neurophysiology. Holding a doctorate from the University of Oxford, he is also an accomplished author with published novels and a history of IIT Bombay to his credit. Widely respected for his teaching, research and contributions to academia, he has received numerous honors, including the INSA Teachers Award and multiple IIT Bombay Awards for Excellence in Teaching. His literary work has earned prestigious recognition as well, including the Betty Trask Award and the Tibor Jones South Asia Prize.

Plenary Talk: Dr. Abhishek Appaji



Dr. Abhishek Appaji is an Associate Professor at B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bengaluru, and Guest Faculty at Maastricht University. A recipient of the best thesis award for his Ph.D. in Mental Health and Neurosciences, he is also an MIT Global Entrepreneurship Bootcamp alumnus. His research spans neuroscience, AI, and deep learning, supported by national and international grants. A prolific speaker and IEEE senior member, he has received several prestigious awards including the Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Award, IEEE MGA YP Achievement Award, and IUCEE TLC Award.

Plenary Talk: Dr. Murugan Veerapandian



Dr. Murugan Veerapandian is a Senior Scientist at CSIR-CECRI and Faculty of AcSIR. He holds a Ph.D. in Bionanotechnology from Gachon University, South Korea, with postdoctoral training in Canada. His research focuses on healthcare materials and biosensors for theranostic applications. He has authored over 90 publications, holds three international patents, and has received prestigious honors including the DST-Inspire Faculty Award and the GRSTB Fellowship from the Government of Canada.
