Platinum Sponsorship (INR 1,50,000/USD $2000)
The platinum conference sponsorship package combines marketing and branding association before the event and maximum exposure during the conference. Only

Fifteen complimentary registrations will be provided to a platinum sponsor.

|
A 30-minute time slot will be reserved for each exhibitor to demonstrate their product or other related content.

Your company will be featured on the conference website beginning with the signing of a sponsorship agreement or the conference's announcement, whichever occurs first. The conference is announced between six and twelve months before the conference's date. As a Platinum sponsor of the conference, you are entitled to promote your company.

The platinum sponsor is entitled to prominent signage in the main live streaming during the conference. Signage for the platinum sponsor will be more prominent than any co-sponsors.

|

|

Sponsorship for young researcher award (10,000/USD $150)
Four awards will be presented during the Conference to researchers under the age of 35 who demonstrate excellent scientific work. The researcher should complete the work independently of any co-author(s). The author of the winning paper must personally present the work during the conference's award session.
Four sponsorships for young researcher award are available
- Signage: A award sponsor is entitled to prominent signage in the main live streaming during the award session of the conference.
- Company Literature and Giveaway: Prior to the award session, the sponsors details will be highlighted and will also be mentioned in the award-winning certificates.
- Promotional Material: Your company's name and logo will appear on the conference website, in the conference proceedings (within production schedules).
Insertion of materials into the delegate packs
Brochures and/or flyers can be inserted into delegate packs.
Time slot during the conferences:
A sponsor can schedule a presentation within a Conference stream. This would be carefully coordinated between academic presenters and sponsors.
- There are computer systems and data projectors available. We would like to request that the presentation be made available for pre-loading onto the system.
- The presentation/demonstration would be advertised on our website ahead of time.
- The event could be improved even further by including it in our Conference's "Joining Instructions," which are e-mailed to registered participants prior to the Conference.
