Registration Fee Details:
Registration fees for different categories are provided in the following table. Kindly Register in the appropriate category.
Student attendees/authors must produce their "Institute ID Cards" for registering under the category of Student Author/Attendee
Authors claiming subsidized registration fees under the category of IEEE Author/IEEE Student Author must produce valid IEEE membership card
At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must pay the Author Registration fees and present the paper during the Conference.
Papers not presented at the Conference will not be included in the Final Program and will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
All accepted and presented papers will be submitted for the possible inclusion in IEEE XPLORE digital library.
If more than one author of an accepted paper wish to attend the conference, all such authors need to register separately by paying applicable registration fee as attendees
Please note that, additional authors (other than those who are included in the manuscript submitted for review) cannot be added to the camera ready paper.
All the registration fee indicated are exclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax in India. Also only authors from India are allowed to pay the registration fee in Indian rupees.
Authors have to complete the registration process before uploading the camera ready paper and e-copyright form as per the given final dates
