Welcome message

It gives us immense pleasure to welcome you to the International Fracture & Injury Course Symposium 2026 (IFICS 2026), to be held at Manipal.

This comprehensive academic programme has been thoughtfully designed to provide an enriching learning experience for orthopaedic trainees and practicing surgeons alike. The course will feature evidence-based lectures, case-based discussions, expert panel interactions, and practical sessions that focus on the contemporary management of fractures and musculoskeletal injuries. Drawing on the success of our previous courses and incorporating valuable feedback from past delegates, we have carefully structured this year's scientific programme to maximize learning and interaction.

Our distinguished faculty comprises nationally and internationally renowned orthopaedic surgeons who are experienced educators and leaders in trauma care. Their expertise and commitment to teaching will provide participants with practical insights into current concepts, surgical decision-making, and the latest advances in fracture management.

A key highlight of IFICS 2026 will be the hands-on workshops and interactive sessions, designed to enhance surgical skills, improve clinical decision-making, and bridge the gap between theory and practice. Through discussions of challenging cases and contemporary techniques, participants will gain knowledge that is directly applicable to both daily practice and academic examinations.

On behalf of the Organising Committee, we extend a warm invitation to all delegates to join us for this exciting academic event. We look forward to welcoming you to Manipal for IFICS 2026, where learning, collaboration, and innovation come together to advance excellence in orthopaedic trauma care.
