Paper Submission:

Submissions of papers should be based on research or practical experience.

  • Authors can submit their full papers through an e-mail attachment to ncmlts.maheblr@manipal.edu

  • The paper should not exceed 5000 words and contain an abstract about 200 words.

  • The main title should be followed by the name, affiliation, and address of the author(s) with e-mail, ORCID ID is mandatory.

  • The paper should be in MS Word format, with a Times New Roman font size of 12, space of 1.5 lines, A4, keyword of 2-5 words, and paper length of 3-6 pages only.

  • All references should be presented according to the APA Style

  • The paper should be sent with the declaration letter stating that the work is original and not presented/published anywhere else.

  • Papers approved by the conference review committee will be accepted for the oral presentation.


Proceedings

After the NCMLTS -2025, the Editorial Team and Organizing Team proposes to bring out proceedings in e-book format with ISBN, which will include only the selected papers presented in the conference after plagiarism and AI similarity check usting Turnitin software. This will be published in Scopus Indexed Journals, a separate editorial review process will be done after the conference.

BEST PAPER PRESENTATION AWARDS

There are best paper presentation awards from each session. The Panel/Judges selection is final. Each awrdee will get Certificate, memento & Cash voucher worth Rs.1500/- (each session one presenter only).


BEST POSTER PAPER PRESENTATIONS

There are two best poster paper presentations. The panel/Judges selection is final. Winners will get Certificate, Memnto & Cash Voucher worth Rs.750/- (One person per poster)


QUIZ ON PRESENTED PAPERS

There will be three QUIZ Questions during validictory on presented papers during the conference. The Winners will get Cash Voucher worth Rs.500.- each.
