PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Participants from Academia, R&D organization and industries are invited to Submit original and unpublished full research papers on the following research areas:

• AI/ML Applications in Engineering Materials Processing
• AI/ML in optimization research for industrial applications
• Automated and Digital Manufacturing Systems
• Circuits, Sensors and Biomedical Systems
• Circular Economy and Sustainable Development in automated systems
• Industrial Automation, IoT and Cyber-Security
• Machine Vision and Image Processing
• Robotics & Intelligent Systems

At least one author of the accepted paper has to register for conference and present the paper. The literature review of the paper must be clearly written by citing the related papers recently published in reputed journals. Authors should submit their original work only (without plagiarism).

The following awards will be given in recognition of outstanding contribution by author(s):

• Best paper award in different categories

• Best paper in the category of “Sustainability through automation”

Industry participants are also invited to submit case studies on their R&D activities that will be of immense benefit to the researchers and manufactures.


Paper Submission -

• The manuscript shall not exceed 12 pages
• File size should be less than 10 MB

Check for Plagiarism:

• Authors using ‘Turnitin’ software to check for plagiarism (<15%) may kindly upload their plagiarism report and formatted paper as a single pdf
• Authors using other software may kindly upload their formatted paper only, it will be rechecked for plagiarism from conference committee.

Conference Publication:
Like previous editions of our conference, selected and presented papers will be communicated for Springer lecture notes publications. The published technical papers will be automatically indexed in citation databases such as Scopus.
