GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACT

Healthcare professionals, academicians, researchers, and students interested in presenting at the conference can submit an abstract using the Google form link.

Please read the following instructions before submitting the abstract:

1. Original research studies/systematic reviews /Scoping reviews related to themes of the conference will be accepted. .
2. The word limit for the abstract is 500.
3. The abstract should be uploaded in Google form in PDF format.
4. The last date to submit the abstract is 20 September 2026.
5. Abstract title should be brief (maximum 20 words).
6. The abstract for original research studies/systematic reviews/Scoping reviews should include:

• Introduction/Background
• Objectives
• Methods and materials, including ethical considerations
• Results/ Discussion
• Conclusion

7. Indicate the preferred mode/method of presentation: Onsite/Online; Oral/Poster. (Participants attending onsite should present paper/poster onsite only)
8. Indicate the theme category.

• Sustainable health systems
• Digital health and technological transformation
• Advancing healthcare leadership and workforce excellence
• Community engagement and preventive health strategies
• Research, innovation, evidence-based practice and global collaboration

9. Submitting the declaration form is mandatory to approve the abstract (Keep ready the declaration form as per the format given on the website)
10. The scientific committee will send the confirmation mail and a tracking number for future correspondence.
11. The abstract will be checked for similarity index. If the content is found to be plagiarized, it will be sent back to the presenting author for modification.
12. All the abstracts will be reviewed, and scientific committee decision will be the final in deciding the mode of presentation (oral/poster).
13. Approved abstracts will be notified to the author on or before 29^th September 2026 and the detailed guidelines for the Oral/Poster presentation will be informed once the abstract is accepted
14. Best presentation (Oral and Poster) will be awarded.
15. Only the presenting author will receive a certificate for the oral presentation. Two authors will receive a certificate for the poster presentation and both authors should register for the conference.
16. Presented abstracts (oral/posters) may be published in the conference proceedings if the author has consented.
