Before submission the presenting author should ensure that all the co-authors are aware of the abstract content.

Abstract must be prepared according to the template and uploaded online as a single PDF file.

The PDF file size should not exceed 1MB

Abstract submission is allowed only after successful registration and payment, by entering the registration ID

Only one abstract submission is possible with one registration ID.

The abstracts will be published in the conference souvenir.

All correspondence regarding the abstract/conference will be to the submitting author. So it is advised that the submitting author details should match with that of the presenting author.

The abstracts cannot be edited after submission and the responsibility of any errors in the abstract is on the authors.

For oral presentation, the maximum time allotted is 20 minutes. (15 + 5 min for discussion)

The poster size should be 4 ft. (width) x 3 ft (length/height)
