Who can Participate?
- Participants must be registered delegates of MIFCON 2025.
- Abstract submissions are invited from undergraduate & post-graduate students, PhD scholars and Faculty Members.
What are the accepted presentation formats?
- Podium (Oral) presentation.
- Poster presentation.
What types of abstracts are accepted?
- Original Research
- Case Reports
- Review Papers (Narrative or Systematic)
Please note
- All submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the MIFCON 2025 Scientific Committee.
- Acceptance is subject to completion of conference registration by the presenting author and approval by the MIFCON 2025 Scientific Committee.
- Only 1 paper/poster presentation per delegate.
How to participate?
All abstracts must be submitted through the official structured Google Form. The form will be designed to collect abstracts in the following structured format, along with specified word limits:

- Introduction (Maximum 50 words)
- Methodology (Maximum 100 words)
- Results & Discussion (Maximum 150 words)
- Conclusion (Maximum 50 words)
- Keywords (3–4)

- Case Details (Maximum 150 words)
- Discussion (Maximum 100 words)
- Keywords (3–4)
- Introduction – Max 50 words
- Thematic Discussion – Max 100 words
- Current Trends or Gaps – Max 50 words
- Conclusion – Max 50 words
- Keywords – 3 to 4
Note: All abstracts must be submitted via the structured Google Form. Submissions by email will not be accepted.
