Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • Original research and Conceptual/ Futuristic papers in the above abstract categories will be accepted.
  • Language: All the abstracts must be submitted in English (Paper: A4, Margin: 0.8” all sides, Times New Roman, Font size for Title – 14, Authors -11, Affiliation – 11 in italics, Email ID - 11, Text – 12 with 1.15 spacing.
  • Abstract will be rejected if not submitted in provided template.
  • The research work should not have been published in any journal
  • One author is allowed to present only one abstract
  • The abstracts submitted will be scrutinized by the scientific committee and the authors will be notified about the Acceptance/Rejection.
  • The Abstract should be submitted only in PDF format, with the size of the file not exceeding 1 MB

Poster Preparation Guidelines

The size of the poster shall be 4 ft tall and 3 ft wide (portrait orientation) and should contain the following:
  • Tracking ID of the poster (Poster Number)
  • Category of the poster
  • Title of the study
  • Name of all the authors (Name of the presenter has to be underlined)
  • Affiliations of all the authors
  • Poster content should include
    • Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions and References (in Vancouver format)
