General Guidelines and Policies
NQComp2026 invites original research contributions from various fields mentioned in the Call for Papers. Clearly explain the context of your work.
Papers must be submitted before the deadline. Authors can edit existing submissions but cannot register new ones after the deadline.
Include at least one primary area for your paper and remove author information from the manuscript. You will receive a unique paper ID upon submission.
Confidentiality
The review process is strictly confidential. Reviewers are volunteers and their efforts are appreciated. Misuse of confidential information is a severe offense.
Review Process
Submitted papers undergo peer review by expert reviewers after plagiarism checking (using software like Turnitin). Papers with over 30% similarity will be rejected without review. The final camera-ready submission must have a similarity index below 15%.
Plagiarism
IEEE defines plagiarism as the use of someone else’s work (for example, use of text, prior ideas, processes, results, or algorithms) without explicitly acknowledging the original author and/or source. Plagiarism in any form is unacceptable and is considered a serious breach of professional conduct, with potentially severe ethical and legal consequences. Section 8.2.4.D provides detailed guidelines for a) handling allegations of plagiarism, b) applying appropriate corrective actions when findings of plagiarism have been reached, and c) referencing previously published material.
Section 8.2.4 of the PSPB Operations Manual also describes a method for investigating an allegation of plagiarism. It states: “In considering the allegation, the responsible person shall appoint an independent ad-hoc committee of experts in the topic to confidentially investigate and make a recommendation on the allegation to the responsible person.”

Dual/Double Submissions
“Multiple submissions” is defined as a given article being concurrently under active consideration by two or more publications. It is at the discretion of each IEEE Organization Unit whether or not to allow multiple submissions. Authors shall inform editors of multiple submissions of articles.
Submissions should not overlap with prior publications or concurrent submissions. If citing your own concurrent submission, argue its non-triviality and include it in supplemental material. Contact the Organizing Chairs for clarifications.
Attendance Responsibilities
If a paper is accepted, at least one author must register and present it at the conference. Acceptance doesn't guarantee publication. Only presented papers are forwarded to the publication partner. Presenters receive a paper presentation certificate.
Publication
Accepted and presented papers will be submitted for publication to our publication partner. Visit the conference website for updates on publication details.
Publicity on Social Media
Papers submitted to the conference must not be publicized in social media/press until official acceptance notifications are available with the authors from the conference committee via EasyChair. Violations may result in the paper being rejected or removed from the conference proceedings.
