Guidelines for Abstract Submission

Pre-Conference Workshop	13th December, 2023
Conference	14th to 16th December, 2023
Abstract Submission Deadline	05th November, 2023
Abstract Acceptance Notice	08th November, 2023
Submission of full papers (Selected Only)	10th November, 2023

Abstract Submission Instructions:

1. Abstract must be written in English in word file and saved as a Portable Document Format (PDF).

2. Title: Capitalize the entire title (Times new roman with font size 12).

3. Abstract should be a maximum of 300 words.

4. Abstracts should be written on word file (With margins: 2.5 cm on the top, bottom, left and right). Written in Times New Roman. Font Size Title: 14, Authors, abstract text and keywords: 12 Author's name (s) and affiliation in italics: 10. Corresponding/Presenting author with *.

5. The abstract and paper should follow this format: Background, objective, methodology, results and conclusion.

6. The scientific committee will accept abstract for the categories of oral presentation on scientific merit. Also a few of the oral presentations will be selected for full paper submissions.

7. The Abstract must be submitted on or before 05th November, 2023.

8. Registration must be done immediately after the acceptance of paper, but not later than 10th November, 2023.

9. The soft copy (pdf file) of the abstract shall be submitted by clicking the abstract submission link below.
