Guidelines for abstract submission

• Registration for KCA (Life or Ordinary member) is mandatory for submission of abstract.
• The abstract must provide an informative summary of the research work.
• The paper should not have been presented at any other conference or not been published in any journal
• The participants can present original research, systematic reviews, meta-analysis, case reports or series
• Originality, plagiarism, copyright: It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the originality of the research, as well as the abstract and posters.
• It is also the author’s responsibility to ensure appropriate ethical/regulatory approval is taken wherever applicable
• Only the delegates registered/registering for the main conference can submit abstracts.
• The acceptance and mode of presentation will be informed by email.
• Best Oral and Poster presentation will be awarded based on the jury report.
• Word limit of the abstract not to exceed 300 words
• Name the abstract as Your Name_oral or poster (eg: anitha_oral OR anitha_poster)
• Only word files can be uploaded. The abstract should be typed in Times new roman 12. Only title to be in bold . Abstract to be structured with headings: Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and 3-5 key words
• Underline the name of the presenting author
