Paper Submission

We invite researchers from academia and R&D organizations to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality full research papers aligned with the conference's core thematic areas.

Industry professionals are also encouraged to contribute by submitting insightful case studies showcasing their R&D innovations—offering valuable perspectives and real-world relevance for both researchers and manufacturers.


PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES


  • We invite authors to contribute research papers in accordance with the topics outlined. Submissions should contain a word copy of a blinded manuscript and a Title page separately.
  • Manuscripts should not exceed 5 pages in length.
  • The file size must be under 10 MB.
  • Please ensure your paper adheres to the required formatting standards. Detailed formatting instructions can be found at the link below.

Plagiarism Check Guidelines:
  • For authors using Turnitin: Please ensure the Turnitin similarity index is below 10% and the AI writing detection is below 20%.
    Upload Three PDF files :
    • (1) The Formatted Manuscript,
    • (2) The Turnitin Plagiarism Report (if Possible)
    • (3) The AI writing Report (if Possible)
  • For authors using other plagiarism tools: Upload only the formatted paper. The conference committee will independently verify the plagiarism status
  • Authors are requested to submit their full-length papers via the link provided below or scanning the QR code..



Google Forms Link

The paper registration and submission process for this conference is managed through Google Forms integrated with Google Workspace services. Submission details are collected, organized, and processed to facilitate reviewer assignment and the peer-review process. Google Workspace applications are employed to ensure efficient management of submission data, reviewer allocation, and communication throughout the review process.


Paper Registration and Presentation Guidelines:
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the conference registration.
  • The registered author is required to present the paper during the event, either offline or online.
  • Please note: Authors submitting multiple accepted papers are required to complete a separate registration for each paper.
