Paper Submission

Instructions for Paper Submission


  • Author(s) must prepare a two-column paper in English. Paper must be 3 to 5 pages of A4 size in length [where the fifth page is references only], including all texts, references, figures and photographs.

  • Any submitted paper must not exceed 5 (five) pages and Submissions must be in PDF format.

  • The first page must include the title of the paper, author(s), affiliation(s), and the E-mail address of the corresponding author.

  • Follow the IEEE Manuscript Template for Conference Proceedings format. Download paper template below:

    • An IEEE conference paper template for Microsoft Word is available for download here.
    • An IEEE conference paper template for LaTeX is available for download here. Be sure to use the conference mode and the A4 paper size template.
    • When working in Overleaf, the template is available here.

Create a PDF format of your paper


  • The final, camera-ready papers are to be submitted by the deadline of August 1, 2026.

  • Camera-ready papers can be three to four pages long, where the fifth page is references only. Do not make the paper significantly shorter than three full pages.

  • Authors must check PDF compatibility at IEEE PDF eXpress here before submission. Details for the PDF check will be provided soon.

  • An electronically signed IEEE Copyright Form must accompany all camera-ready paper submissions. Papers submitted without copyright forms will be rejected. Instructions for electronically signing and submitting copyright forms can be found at this site at a later time.

  • Final submissions are the camera-ready full paper that will be uploaded to IEEE Xplore.

Compliance to the IEEE format is mandatory and can be done using the PDF eXpress® tool at: https://ieee-pdf-express.org . Conference ID: 67537X

Step-by-step instructions as below:
  • Creating your PDF eXpress Account
  • Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site:https://ieee-pdf-express.org/
  • First-time users should do the following:
  • Select the New Users – Click Here link.
  • Enter the following:
  • 67537X for the Conference ID, an email address and a password
  • An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Previous users of PDF-eXpress need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences.
Verify that your contact information is accurate and up to date. Continue to enter information as prompted.
