Organizers invite researchers from academia and R&D organizations to submit original, unpublished, and high-quality full research papers aligned with the conference’s thematic tracks. We also invite Industry professionals to contribute by submitting insightful case studies showcasing their R&D innovations—offering valuable perspectives and real-world relevance.
Submission Process
Authors may choose either Type A: Presentation Only or Type B: Presentation and Publication, depending on whether they wish to present their work only or also have it considered for publication.
For both submission types, authors must first prepare and submit a one-page extended abstract using the “Abstract Template” provided below.
Type A: Presentation Only
Type A is suitable for participants from industry, academia, research institutions, and other organizations who wish to share their research findings, industrial experience, case studies, innovative technologies, best practices, or ongoing work at InDecarb-2026 but do not intend to publish a full paper.
Authors choosing Type A should:
- Prepare a one-page extended abstract using the prescribed “Abstract Template“.
- Submit the extended abstract through the link provided below on or before
August 31, 2026 September 30, 2026 October 20, 2026.
Submit abstract for Type A: Presentation Only
- Upon acceptance, present the work at InDecarb-2026 through an oral or poster presentation, as per the choice indicated in the Google form.
Authors opting for Type A are
not required to prepare or submit a full-length paper. The accepted abstract may be included in the conference souvenir, as applicable, but it will not be considered for publication in a journal or proceedings series.
B: Technical Publication
Type B is intended for authors who wish to present their work at InDecarb-2026 and submit a full-length paper for possible publication in a
special issue of a quality journal or a lecture notes/proceedings series associated with the conference.
Selected papers will have an opportunity for publication in
selected Scopus-indexed journals or proceedings, subject to the scope, peer-review process, editorial requirements, and final acceptance of the respective journal or publisher.
Authors choosing Type B should follow the process given below:
- Prepare a one-page extended abstract using the prescribed “Abstract Template”.
- Submit the extended abstract through the link provided below on or before
August 31, 2026 September 30, 2026 October 20, 2026
Submit abstract for Type B: Presentation and Publication
- After receiving notification of abstract acceptance, prepare a full-length paper using the “Full Paper Template” provided below.
- The full paper must:
- Not exceed 10 pages, including figures, tables, and references;
- Have a maximum file size of 10 MB; and
- Be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
- Submit the full-length paper through the link provided below on or before
September 30, 2026 October 30, 2026 November 10, 2026.
- 6. Present the accepted work at InDecarb-2026 through an oral or poster presentation, as per the choice indicated in the Google form.
Submission and acceptance of an extended abstract do not guarantee publication of the corresponding full paper. All full papers will undergo a separate peer review and editorial evaluation. Final publication will depend on the quality and originality of the work, relevance to the publication scope, reviewer recommendations, plagiarism checks, author revisions, and the final decision of the journal editor or proceedings publisher.
The conference organizers may recommend the most suitable journal, special issue, or proceedings series for each selected paper. Authors must comply with the respective publisher’s formatting guidelines, copyright requirements, publication ethics, and any applicable publication or processing charges.

Plagiarism Check Guidelines
- For authors using Turnitin: Please ensure the similarity index is below 15%. Upload a single PDF file containing both the plagiarism report and the formatted paper.
- For authors using other plagiarism tools: Upload only the formatted paper. The conference committee will independently verify the plagiarism status
Paper Registration and Presentation Guidelines
- At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the conference.
- The registered author is required to present the paper during the event.
- Please note: Authors submitting multiple accepted papers are required to complete a separate registration for each paper.
Best Paper Award
Each conference track will recognize the Best Paper among the papers presented during the conference. The selected paper will receive a Best Paper Award along with a cash prize of ₹10,000.

Rights of the Conference Organizer
- The Conference Organizer (CO) is solely responsible for assigning papers/abstracts for review.
- The CO will make the final decision on whether to accept or reject the paper/abstract based entirely on the remarks of the reviewers.
- The CO has complete control over the conference's technical program and the scheduling of abstracts for oral presentations.
- The CO reserves the right to post details of the accepted abstract/paper (as well as author information) on the conference website and any related forums maintained by the CO.
- The CO will have complete power over any dates linked with the conference, including but not limited to paper/abstract submission dates, results announcement dates, conference dates, and so on.
- Even after the abstracts have been accepted and presented at the conference, if some camera-ready papers do not meet the quality standards in terms of technical content, English language, presentation, and manuscript formatting as specified in the guidelines, CO /publisher/editors in the journals/books reserve the right not to include such papers.
- The CO will freely utilize photographs and films taken during the meeting in a variety of forums. By participating in the conference, authors/delegates automatically grant the CO permission to use images and videos made during the conference.
Withdrawing Paper from The Conference
- Authors shall not withdraw their abstracts/papers from the conference once they have been approved for oral presentation.
- If an author needs to withdraw his/her abstract/paper from the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, he/she must obtain prior authorization from the CO and provide adequate reasoning.
- Withdrawing an abstract/paper from a peer-reviewed conference without first obtaining permission from the CO is considered a violation of the publication ethics of a peer-reviewed.
No-Show Papers/Abstracts
- No-show papers/abstracts will not be published.
Financial Obligations
- CO is not obligated to return the registration cost for no-show papers/abstracts.
- If an author withdraws his/her paper/abstract after paying the registration fee, CO is not obligated to reimburse the registration cost.
