We invite students, academicians and industry professionals involved in pharmacoepidemiology studies to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentations in the area of pharmacoepidemiology and drug safety.

Two Categories -

• Research (Senior Category only)- Includes original research, review articles, case studies, meta-analyses, and meta-synthesis.
• Conceptual (Junior and Senior Category)
  
  • Junior: Bachelors Students
  • Senior: Masters Students, academicians and industry professionals

• Maximum 10 authors.
• Presenting author must be underlined.
• Affiliations for all authors must be included.
• A registered delegate can present only one abstract but can be a co-author in one additional abstract.

• Abstracts must be submitted online by September 25, 2025.
• The maximum word count for abstracts is 300 words.
• When you submit, you must choose one of the following presentation categories:
• Oral / Poster Conceptual Presentation
• Oral / Poster Research Presentation

• All abstracts for Oral and Poster Presentations will be reviewed by a judging panel based on the following criteria:
• o Conceptual merit and quality
• o Presentation quality
• o Plagiarism check (similarity must be below 15%)
• The top eight abstracts from the Conceptual category and the top eight from the Research category will be selected for Oral Presentations.
• If your abstract is not chosen for an Oral Presentation, you'll still have the option to present your work as a Poster Presentation.

• Prizes will be awarded to the top three presentations in each of the following five categories:
• o Oral Conceptual Presentation
• o Oral Research Presentation
• o Poster Conceptual Presentation – Junior
• o Poster Conceptual Presentation – Senior
• o Poster Research Presentation
• If the submission is a team effort, the prize will be awarded to the presenting author. However, all team members will receive a certificate of participation.
