Proceedings of CMPA-2025 will be published in Springer Proceedings in Physics, a Scopus indexed book series published by Springer Nature.

Last date for Registration : November 30, 2025

One page abstract as per the template provided on the conference website should be sent to cmpa.phy.mit@gmail.com . Papers will be selected for oral/poster presentation on the recommendations of expert committee. Participants are requested to submit their abstracts within the specified time limit. Only one paper per registered participant will be accepted. However, one may be a co- author of more than one paper.

GUIDELINES FOR POSTERS

• We recommend using paper size A0 for the posters.
• A board area of 1 m × 1.2 m (width × height) will be available for each poster.
• The poster ID badges will be handed out at the venue.


GUIDELINES FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS

• The contributed oral presentations are scheduled for 12 minutes (with 10 minutes for presentations and 2 minutes for Q&A).
• PowerPoint slides in 16:9 formats are preferred.
• Please ensure that the presentations are planned to meet the timeline strictly.


FULL PAPER SUBMISSION

Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Prospective authors are invited to submit full-length original research papers during January 2026.
Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published.

Springer Nature does not charge any fee for the publication of proceedings (non-open access content). Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
