Partial Financial Support:

Indian Participants:

Partial financial support towards travel may be provided to a limited number of participants. Request for financial support should be made by September 30, 2023 following the guidelines given below.

i) A hard copy of the certificate from the HOD / PhD Guide of the affiliated institution, clearly stating that the participant has no access to funds from any other source as well as the details of the current fellowship of the candidate, must be submitted to the organizer at the symposium venue.
ii) The candidates must have paid the registration fees.
iii) It may be noted that partial travel support is provided for 3AC train travel by shortest possible route as per the Govt. Rules.

Foreign Participants:

A limited amount of financial support is available to deserving foreign students in terms of reduced registration fees of $ 200. To avail this, students are required to make request for such support and letter of recommendation from their guide is desirable.
