The abstract must provide an informative summary of the research work.
Each participant can submit only one abstract
The paper should not have been presented at any other conference or not been published in any journal
The participants can present original research, systematic reviews, metanalysis, case reports or series. (animal studies will not be accepted)
Originality, plagiarism, copyright: It is the responsibility of the authors to ensure the originality of the research, as well as the abstract and posters.
It is also the author’s responsibility to ensure appropriate ethical/regulatory approval is taken wherever applicable
Only the delegates registered/registering for the main conference can submit abstracts.
All presentations will be offline only
Acceptance of an abstract is solely at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. The acceptance and mode of presentation will be informed by email.
Accepted abstracts will be included in the souvenir of the conference
Best Oral and Poster presentation will be awarded based on the jury report.
Word limit of the abstract not to exceed 300 words
Name the abstract as Your Name_oral or poster (eg: anitha_oral OR anitha_poster)
Only word files can be uploaded. The abstract should be typed in Times new roman 12. Only title to be in bold . Abstract to be structured with headings: Background, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion, and 3-5 key words
Underline the name of the presenting author
Last date for the abstract submission: 15th September 2023
