Kindly go through the guidelines carefully before registering.

• Who can register?
       o   Medical Professionals (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/MD/MS/MDS/DM)
       o   Medical Undergraduates (MBBS students), Interns and Postgraduates (MD/MS/MDS)
       o   Persons involved in clinical / public health research related to therapeutics / clinical and academic trials / promotion of rational use of medicines.
       o   Members of Ethics committee.
• Only online registration and payment is permitted.
• Delegates can register for workshop only, conference only or workshop and conference together.
• Registration should be done preferably through desktops/laptops and not mobile phones/tabs
• To register, fill in the google form. After submission of google form, the payment link is displayed. Delegates have to click on the link and fill in some more details and then make the payment. All delegates must carry a photocopy/screenshot of the online transaction details to the conference.
• Registration is complete only after final payment.
• Once the online payment is successfully processed an automated email will be generated and sent to the registered e-mail address of the delegates.
• It is mandatory for all undergraduate and postgraduate students to upload a bonafide letter attested by head of the department/institution. The letter should be kept ready before initiation of the registration process and should be uploaded while filling the registration form.

• Delegates can register for one pre-conference workshop only. Limited seats are available for each workshop and participants are allotted on a first come-first served basis. Delegates can indicate their workshop preferences in the google form, and they will be assigned the workshop based on the availability of slots.
• In the form, MAHE refers to students/staff of Manipal Academy of Higher education while Non-MAHE are others.
• It is mandatory to register for the conference in order to participate in the quiz.
• Refund policy: Refund will be considered only after the conference on individual case merit. Gateway/ transaction charges will be borne by the delegates and are non-refundable.
• Conference kit will not be provided for spot registration.
• Karnataka Medical Council accredited credit points for the conference shall be applied for.
• Spot registration participants do not get KMC credit hours.
