E-Poster Presentation

General Guidelines for eposter submission:


Authorship & Eligibility
  • A maximum of 3 participants may be co-authors of the poster
  • Participants must belong to the same institution.
  • All co-authors must be registered for the conference to be eligible for participation
  • Participants may be co-authors in up to three posters.
  • Each submission must have one faculty from the same institution as guide.
E-Poster Requirements
  • Only single slide presentations are allowed.
  • Poster Dimensions: 16:9 Landscape
  • Final Poster should be submitted in .pdf format
  • Only the conference registration number of the presenter and the co-author should be mentioned in the top right corner, in the order of authorship.
  • Name, college name or affiliation must NOT be mentioned on the submitted presentation to ensure unbiased evaluation.
  • Final presentation should be submitted in pdf format through the link provided on the website.
  • A plagiarism report must be mandatorily submitted upon acceptance of the abstract to srf.mcodsmlr@manipal.edu.
Participation & Certificate
  • All authors to be present at the venue (for onsite delegates) or online meeting room (for online delegates) during the given time slot for interaction with the judges
  • There is NO ORAL PRESENTATION for poster
  • Poster will be judged for its visual appeal, accuracy, creativity and structure.
  • All authors will receive credit on the same certificate.
Submission & Communication
  • Last date for abstract submission: 10th May 2026
  • The status of abstract acceptance will be communicated to delegates via their registered email address
  • Last date for submission of final presentation: 20th May 2026
