Dr. Apoorva Gupta is a Gold Medalist Periodontist and Oral Implantologist, internationally recognized for her expertise in Laser Dentistry and Periodontal Plastic Surgery. She holds an M.Sc. in Laser Dentistry from the University of Barcelona, along with a European Master’s Degree in Laser Dentistry, a Mastership from the World Clinical Laser Institute (USA), and a Fellowship from the University of Genova, Italy. Dr. Gupta’s clinical focus includes advanced soft tissue grafting, peri-implant tissue management, and minimally invasive laser-based periodontal therapies. She serves as Principal Faculty and Course Director for Asia Pacific WCLI Laser Programs and is a Visiting Professor at the University of Barcelona. Currently, she heads India’s first specialist Perio-Laser practice in New Delhi, combining cutting-edge technology with evidence-based periodontal care. Through her clinical work, teaching, and training programs, Dr. Gupta continues to play a significant role in advancing laser-assisted periodontal and implant therapy worldwide.
Dr. Aditya Mohan Jadhav holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, an MBA and Ph.D. in Finance from The ICFAI University, Dehradun, and has served as a Visiting Academic at Monash University, Melbourne. He is currently the Principal Officer – Student Acquisition and Marketing at Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). Previously, he served as Dean of the TAPMI Bengaluru campus, where he played a key role in establishing the campus and launching new academic programs. A Professor of Finance, Dr. Jadhav has published in leading peer-reviewed journals, received national research grants, and focuses on corporate finance, corporate governance, and firm valuation. He is also actively involved in advancing AI in education through MAHE’s MAGIC initiative and the establishment of the Microsoft AI Lab at TAPMI.
