Paper Submission

General Guidelines for paper submission:


Authorship & Eligibility
  • A maximum of three participants may co-author a paper.
  • Participants must belong to the same institution.
  • All participants and co-authors must be registered for the conference to be eligible for presentation
  • Each submission must have one faculty from the same institution as guide.
Presentation & Certificate
  • All authors to be present at the venue (for onsite delegates) or online meeting room (for online delegates) during the given presentation slot
  • All authors will receive credit on the same certificate.
Rules
  • A team of maximum 3 delegates for paper presentation.
  • Only 1 participant from each team will present the paper.
  • Presentation duration: 6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q & A (Total 8 minutes).
  • Final presentation should be submitted in .pptx format through the link provided on the website.
  • A plagiarism report must be mandatorily submitted upon acceptance of the abstract to srf.mcodsmlr@manipal.edu
  • Only the conference registration number of the presenter and the co-author should be mentioned in the top right corner, in the order of authorship.
  • Name, college name or affiliation must NOT be mentioned on the submitted presentation to ensure unbiased evaluation.
Submission & Communication
  • Last date for abstract submission: 10th May 2026
  • The status of abstract acceptance will be communicated to delegates via their registered email address
  • Last date for submission of final presentation: 20th May 2026
