Submission
General Guidelines for paper submission:
Authorship & Eligibility
A maximum of three participants may co-author a paper.
Participants must belong to the same institution.
All participants and co-authors must be registered for the conference to be eligible for presentation
Each submission must have one faculty from the same institution as guide.
Presentation & Certificate
All authors to be present at the venue (for onsite delegates) or online meeting room (for online delegates) during the given presentation slot
All authors will receive credit on the same certificate.
Rules
A team of maximum 3 delegates for paper presentation.
Only 1 participant from each team will present the paper.
Presentation duration: 6 minutes presentation + 2 minutes Q & A (Total 8 minutes).
Final presentation should be submitted in .pptx format through the link provided on the website.
A plagiarism report must be mandatorily submitted upon acceptance of the abstract to
srf.mcodsmlr@manipal.edu
Only the conference registration number of the presenter and the co-author should be mentioned in the top right corner, in the order of authorship.
Name, college name or affiliation must NOT be mentioned on the submitted presentation to ensure unbiased evaluation.
