CALL FOR ABSTRACTS



Scope Categories
Participants are invited to submit abstracts in the following categories involving original research, review articles, conceptual work, case studies, meta-analyses, and meta-syntheses:
  • Pharmaceutical Chemistry & Drug Discovery
  • Pharmacognosy and Phytomedicine
  • Pharmacology and Biotechnology
  • Pharmaceutics, Drug Delivery & Biopharmaceutics
  • Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance
  • Pharmacy Practice & Clinical Pharmacy
  • Drug Regulatory Affairs and Pharmaceutical Management

Important Dates


  • Call for Abstracts Opens - 15 May 2025
  • Abstract Submission Deadline - 30 June 2025
  • Abstract Acceptance Notification – Within 5 working days of submission
  • Notification of Best Abstract Selection - 10 days after the submission deadline

Abstract Submission Guidelines


Abstract Title
  • Limited to 180 characters, including spaces.
  • Avoid special characters (e.g., α → alpha, β → beta).
  • Use only standard abbreviations and generic drug names.
Authors
  • Maximum 10 authors.
  • Presenting author must be underlined.
  • Affiliations for all authors must be included.
  • A registered delegate can present only one abstract.
Abstract Body
  • Should be structured with the following sections:
    • Background
    • Aims & Objectives
    • Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
    • Keywords
  • Word limit: 300 words.
Formatting
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Title: 18 pt
  • Authors: 12 pt
  • Affiliations: 10 pt
  • Presenting Author’s Email: 10 pt
  • Main Text: 12 pt
  • Line Spacing: 1.5
Submission Format
  • Abstract must be submitted in WORD (.docx) format.
  • Use the template enclosed.

Selection & Awards

  • 10 best abstracts will be selected for the oral presentation session.
  • One cash prize will be awarded for the best oral presentation.
  • All abstracts will undergo peer review.
  • UG student abstracts will be reviewed separately, and three cash prizes will be awarded to the best UG presentations.
  • The best poster prize will be awarded in each abstract category.

Originality, Plagiarism, Ethical Approval, and Copyright

The authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of the research, abstracts, and posters submitted. All authors must adhere to publication ethics and confirm that no conflicts of interest exist regarding the submission. Authors must also ensure that appropriate ethical and/or regulatory approvals have been obtained, wherever applicable, for the data, images, or research material presented or published as part of the conference.

Presentation Details

Instructions about the presentation will be communicated by 10 August 2025 after completion of the selection process.
